Mayor’s comment on Kyushu Bunka Gakuen High School Women’s Volleyball Team winning national title game in the National Athletic Meet Volleyball Competition 2015

  
I would like to congratulate the Women’s Volleyball Team members in Kyushu Bunka Gakuen High School on their victory in the National Athletic Meet Volleyball Competition 2015. It is their 7th national title and their first in 3 years.

　As a team representing Nagasaki prefecture they played and accomplished a great achievement to win the title. II believe that it was each member’s constant efforts, under the instruction of the coach and the trainers, which led to their victory.

　Following the victory at the Upper Secondary School General Athletic Meet in August, they won again and their victory brought pride not only to the local sports community in Sasebo but also to the whole residents in Sasebo. Even they contributed to promote “Sasebo” across the nation.

　Once again, I would like to congratulate the team members, the coach, the trainers and school officials on the victory on behalf of the whole residents in Sasebo, wishing them continued success.
